Mini collection were launched on 24 June 2011, 7.30pm!

I'm even more efficient this time round ! The shoot was held on 23 June, 1pm+ and aftermath I was out with my 2 pretty models, Jayley & Hayley till night. Took only like 6 hours to finish editing all 22 products pictures and uploading them with the details to the website. It's considered fast for me already cause I used to take longer time to complete :x

Yup! 3rd launch, were launched on 30th May 2011! I think I'm seriously very efficient ! XD Cause the shoot was on a late afternoon on 26th May. When I reached home, it's already 9plus and I finished editing, combining and uploading on 29th May and launched on 30th May ! :D

This photoshoot is the best so far as the hair accessories they brought for the shoot, really goes with the apparels and brings out many different styles. Hayley style of the day was centre-parted and she look good in it! ♥

Don't you just love the sleeve? It's actually DIY by us as this piece is actually just a long sleeve top but we did magic on the sleeve and it's ripped :D

To clarify some stuffs. We do not send our customers broken/defected items. If you receive any defected accessories from us, most probably it is caused by the Singpost delivery. Although we have already wrap more than 3 layers of bubble wraps but we can't help it if it's still defected from the delivery. And, we have always refunded our customers whenever they told us that the items is defected.

I hope that when you wanna tell us that the items received is defected, you would do it in a polite way instead of saying 'How come my ring spoil? Send me another new one'. 1. We do not do exchanges as it would be real messy. 2. We would only refund when you send us back the defected one. If you wanna email us in a rude manner then don't blame us for replying the same way. Obviously, you treat others like how you want others to treat you right?

But still, there are really sweet and nice customers which we really love ♥

Getaway!

Hi sweethearts, Cynthia will be having a short getaway to Batam from Friday till Next Monday due to some personal problems.

Would like to take this opportunity to relax abit too. Having really alot of problems these few days, be it Fashion Hooks or personal problems. Will be less active during this period of time, will try my best to bring my laptop along to reply to all your emails and enquiries.

All paid orders will be shipped on Wednesday and I will try to reply all your emails within 48 hours. Let me have a good rest, will try to launch more items during June. Stay tuned! <3

Fashionhooks on Clicknetwork???

Didn't updated for almost 2 weeks as we were busy with moving house and our warehouse, from the East to West. Love the new place as it's much spacious so that we could store up more stocks! ♥ Will show you our new warehouse after we get more storage shelf, kinda messy at the moment! >_<

And a really happy thing is !! FashionHooks.com was featured for like 30 seconds @ Budget Barbie's video, very happy! ^^ Click here !

Our next launch will be around early June, as it will be quite a big launch, please do give me more time to update the new items as I'm the only one updating them :( Anyone willing to help! *teary eyes* Will also update some preview of the new launch once we go for our photoshoot, stay tuned !! ♥♥

First Ranting..

First ranting post ever! Really angry and disappointed with some customers, by their irresponsible actions. Give me some space to complain endlessly today. Bear with this wordy post.

Case #1:
Unsuccessful delivery of A's package due to wrong unit number in the given address. As you know, we write address according to the one stated in the order form, it's not possible that we check every single address using Google search. Thus, we kept reminding our customers to double check their address especially block and unit number when ordering. We contacted A to confirm the correct address, took 4 hours to confirm the correct address as it was meant to be ship to her friend's house. We then told her that another registered fee is required for us to mail the package another time. By charging her additional $2.40 for another registered fee, means we have to pay the charge of wrapping materials and another normal mail fee for them but we didn't even request them to pay for the wrapping material and another normal mail fee.

Gave us alot of bloggers code and even ask us for 'Free Registered Postage' code! Those bloggers code had already expired and even if the codes didn't expired, she won't be allowed to use because it was meant to let us know customers coming from which bloggers referral and not to pay for 2nd registered fee. She told us that she have exams etc, doesn't have time transfer etc, can only transfer the next following week. We try to be nice and not to delay any package delivery, we re-mailed out the package 2nd time by paying the registered fee for them first.

Today is already the end of the week which she promised to transfer yet we doesn't receive the money. Tell me WHAT IS THIS? It's not that we mind the $2.40, it's the trust you see.

Case #2:
Always been receiving order forms from B, never once receive any payment from her even after reminders. Basically, send order and MIA! There's not only her who does that, certain amounts of customers are also sort of deadbuyer, like send orders but never make payment. It's somehow treating us like fools, we always take note of customer's orders and reserve their order for at least 72 hours or until they made payment when we have other potential buyers who can make immediate payment for the same item.

Why did we try to reserve your orders for you 72 hours? Because we never want to see our customers to get disappointed over OOS items which they may like alot! We never once blacklist anyone from FashionHooks.com by posting their details up either @ Facebook/Blog, that's already good enough.

DEAR DEAD BUYERS, do not send order forms if you cannot complete the transaction within 48 hours. And really, why is it so difficult to send us an email within 48 hours if you no longer wish to buy or can't complete the transaction? Why subject us to the waiting in vain?

Case #3:
Emails spams from customers. Always been receiving spams from customers, be it on the items they received or delivery of items. We have already stated that we will be mailing out every Tuesday and Friday, we will definitely mail out earlier if there's alot of packages. It's very unfair to request something like 'Can you mail my items tomorrow' or 'I would like my items to be mailed tomorrow'. Singpost is not beside my block, it will take me a 20-30 minutes walk to the post office from my house. Some customers may ask about the color differences of the real products when they received them but I would really hope customers would understand that there will confirm be slight color differences due to strong lighting in the photoshoot and customer's monitor's color calibration.

We will only be doing exchanges/refunds for defected or wrong items, strictly not for other cases like color/measurements differences, defects on item caused by customers and wrong orders made by customers. We will NEVER send our customer defected items thus the defects might be caused by Singpost delivery or if you received the wrong item(s) sent by us, we will definitely do a refund or an exchange depending on each case.

Please email us politely if you received any defected/wrong item(s). No point emailing us with a rude tone, blaming that we send out defected/wrong item(s). As you see, we don't stand to gain and even pay for more postages costs. Regulars from Fashion Hooks would know that we would definitely refund within 24 hours after receiving customer's account number. Thus, we would hope that defected or wrong items to be mailed back to us within 3 working days. Please also do not spam us with emails of the same content. We will definitely reply within 24 hours. On
days where we have flea, we will reply emails around 10pm.

End of rant! Feels good to get these off my chest! And for the record, I love my genuine and sweet customers who always leave us a really sweet and nice testimonial which encourage us alot! <3 We even made friends with some of our buyers! :D

Keeping Alive 1

Yeah! As the title says! Not to let the blog look dead, a small update to keep it more alive ! :D

Attended flea for both 22 & 23 April 2011. Super awesome music but didn't got any stall with fan, tahan-ed with natural wind ! Sales wasn't as good as usual on Good Friday, ): but still got enough to cab home xD

Was on a food marathon on 23 April! Haha! Brought Whole Roast duck from Ubi there with home cooked white rice. Strawberry Milkshake from McDonald, Super yummy Yoghurt from Red Mango, Texas Chicken Meal from Long John Silver was our meals for the whole day ! :D Don't be shocked if you saw 2 gluttons at flea XD

New products will be reaching us on Tuesday, if no delay! All new items would be launched on following Monday, 2 May as I need more time to take pictures and update them! Please be more patient with me as it's currently managed solely by me, Cynthia as Jasmine is now schooling and will only be helping out at flea due to her tight schedule. Most probably only during her holidays then we can fasten up the speed of mailing packages and replying emails.

Will be getting in more new and unique apparels around end of May, will update when they are here. Stay tuned! Hope you don't get bored by reading all these >: Next post to be interesting okay! *Promise*

A really special clearance flea!

Heh, as the title says! We will be attending Forfleasake's flea this coming Friday & Saturday (22 & 23 April 2011) at *SCAPE! I know you people must be thinking, 'Aiya, Flea at *SCAPE again! Buey sian meh?' But Friday's flea will be a unique one, only Friday hor!

WHY? Because It's Good Friday! CHEY! Not only that, all the item you see on our website will be sold at the flea at a cheaper price! Except that, we won't be bring our bags and fox tails. Confirm thinking how cheap right! The price on Friday's flea will be from $10 to $16 !! Happy or not? And you can get to touch and feel the material!! These are some examples you can get to see @ our flea on Friday!

Tempted or not? :D You can get to the venue by walking towards Cineleisure from Somerset MRT station, and cross the road. Once at *Scape, head in the direction of Toast Box and Long John’s Silver. The flea market is located directly beside Long John’s Silver and 1 level below *Scape Mall.

We will be at the stall which is more ulu! Left hand side of the big stairs :) If you not really sure which stall are we at, look for Cynthia which is me! In gold hair, grey top with a really big pocket!

Do come down and support us as we are clearing our warehouse so as to import more chio and new apparels on May! <3333
